Acceptance of Terms. By using https://residentialdesignauburn.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services. J&L Pacific Design provides Architectural Design, Residential Design, Permit Drawings, Building Plans, Floor Plan Design, Construction Drawings and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. J&L Pacific Design (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. J&L Pacific Design makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. J&L Pacific Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify J&L Pacific Design from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
