J&L Pacific Design is a newer name with deep roots. While we opened our doors only a few months ago, we bring three decades of hands-on experience in architecture and the building trades to every project we take on. That history shapes how we approach residential design, commercial design, and the permit work that brings each plan to life.

Our background runs wider than the drafting table. We have worked in construction, which means our building plans account for how a structure actually comes together, not just how it looks on paper. We have also served as a real estate ambassador, giving us a clear view of what owners, buyers, and neighborhoods value in a finished space. When you sit down with us, you are working with people who understand both the design and the realities of getting it built.

We specialize in residential design, commercial design, and permit drawings, with accessory dwelling unit permits being our most requested service right now. Many homeowners want to add an ADU but feel buried by the paperwork and the cost. We keep our pricing competitive, often well below what larger licensed architecture firms charge for similar work, so a thoughtful design does not come with an inflated price tag.
